Hello, I'm Valerie Chiltonsmith, it's nice to meet you!
I'm based in North East England and have been working with Light on my own spiritual path for over 20 years, during which time I've enjoyed designing and running many courses and seminars on aspects of spirituality and personal development. My aim being always to empower and enlighten each individual.
Having trained and qualified as a Counsellor, HypnoPsychotherapist, Healer and Teacher, I also run a private therapy practice. I work with people worldwide via the internet and see clients face to face in Roker, near Sunderland. I help people get unstuck from unhelpful belief patterns to transform their lives and become the best they can be in all ways.
As a result of both my seminar and clinical work I created four very special audio Lightworking CDs to help students and clients get the most from their sessions and courses, by enabling them to practice their energy process work easily at home. They're available to order from my Shop page.
My approach is very down to earth, ensuring that students and workshop participants properly understand the mechanics of energywork and the metaphysics of spiritual laws. Students leave the courses equipped with practical tools and the knowledge of how to work safely with spiritual energies. The courses and seminars are always a mix of theory and practice, allowing plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion, with a good dose of laughter thrown into the mix.
My aim is always to educate, enlighten and empower in equal measure.
